Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a senior data analytics professional to lead complex analytics engagements across compliance, assurance and risk areas. You will manage end-to-end projects, mentor consultants and present actionable insights to clients.

You will work with the Sydney Risk Advisory team to expand analytics offerings, build trusted client relationships, and drive sustainable practice growth for the Sydney market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering data analytics projects.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business-focused insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing engagement scope, budgets and profitability.
• Experience using SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex analytics engagements across sectors with emphasis on compliance, assurance and risk analytics.
• Manage end-to-end engagements from proposal to delivery.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a business-focused way.
• Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants.
• Collaborate with Sydney Risk Advisory and Melbourne Data Analytics teams to scale offerings.
