Job summary

ELMO is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Analytics & Data Foundations in Australia to bridge commercial questions and data. You will define metrics, build data models, and deliver actionable analyses that inform pricing, packaging and growth strategy.

In this hands-on role you will write definitions, create the first version of analytics, and ensure governance across GTM and Finance while partnering with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in revenue analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or comparable subscription business.
• Expert SQL, with hands-on experience in a modern cloud warehouse and in a BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial requirements into defined metrics, specifications and analysis for executives.
• Own GTM reporting and analytics definitions, sources and logic.
• Deliver standard analyses: pipeline coverage, new business, renewals, churn and gross revenue retention.
• Build analytical models behind decisions: cohorts, forecasting inputs and pricing monetisation.
• Document definitions and data models; ensure one number across GTM and Finance.
