Job summary

The Commercial Manager at ELMO Software bridges Finance and the broader business, delivering high-impact commercial analysis to drive growth. You will translate complex financial data into robust pricing and governance frameworks, influencing decisions at all levels.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product on deal structuring, monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and lead pricing lifecycle from new features to annual adjustments, using Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field; 5+ years in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Pricing (SaaS/subscription context preferred).
• Advanced financial modelling expertise and large-dataset analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement pricing strategies for SaaS/subscription models.
• Oversee pricing governance and policy consistency across channels/geographies.
• Perform price elasticity analysis and competitor tracking to adapt strategies.
