Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to be at the heart of the store, partnering with leadership to ensure a safe, well-stocked store and outstanding customer service. You will lead from the front, coach and develop team members, and work across a rotating roster to deliver the best experience for customers.

You will drive store operations, safety culture, and continuous improvement, earning a market-based adult pay rate and opportunities for growth within a supportive Wesfarmers environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front to create a welcoming, safe store environment and set the tone for customer experience.
  • Support day-to-day store operations including opening/closing and site leadership when required.
  • Coach and guide team members on the shop floor to deliver knowledgeable service.
  • Manage workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment to keep the store efficient.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and support team wellbeing.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly to build trust and loyalty.
  • Identify improvements to processes and help roll out new tools or methods.
  • Onboard and develop team members to grow confidence and capability.

About the role

Step into a role where you're at the heart of the store, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success every day. As a Senior Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it's safe, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is a full time role and you need to have flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts across the 7 days of the week is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.93 per hour for this role.

What you'll need


  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role

  • Confidence supporting store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way

  • A focus on safety and creating a positive environment for team members and customers

  • Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts
