Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Queensland to support the store's senior leadership, lead department teams, and ensure smooth operations. You will collaborate with colleagues to keep energy high and ensure daily workflows are efficient and effective.

You will inspire, coach and develop staff, facilitate onboarding, and uphold outstanding service and merchandising standards. The role offers an adult pay rate of AU$30.78 per hour and potential for career growth within the NATIONWIDE

Qualifications

About the role:

As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go‑to and support for the store's senior leadership team. You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well‑oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact! We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.


What’s involved:


  • Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers

You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast‑paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
