Job summary

Bunnings Group is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead frontline store operations and enhance the customer experience. You will partner with the leadership team to ensure safety, stock availability and operational excellence across shifts, 7 days a week, at our Campbelltown store.

In this role you will coach teammates, manage day-to-day store tasks, and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required.
  • Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service.
  • Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
  • Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing.
  • Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty.
  • Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes.
  • Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job.

About the role

Step into a role where you’re at the heart of the store, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success every day. As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life — making sure it’s safe, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is your chance to build on where you've come from, taking your leadership experience to the next level while developing new skills and making a real impact. At Bunnings, we’re committed to Inspiring you to give it a red hot go — whether that’s building your leadership capability, growing your career, or trying new ways of working. This is a full time role and you need to have flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts across the 7 days of the week is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.93 per hour for this role.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys being part of a team and helping others succeed. You bring a practical mindset, stay calm under pressure and are confident stepping up when it counts. You’re motivated by delivering a great experience for customers, and you take pride in creating a store environment that’s organised, safe and ready for anything.

What you’ll need
