Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Retail Supervisor on-site to support the store's leadership and uphold high service standards. You will energize the team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive customer-focused outcomes in a fast-paced retail setting.

As the go-to leader in your department, you will mentor colleagues, participate in onboarding, and coordinate stock and merchandising to meet business needs. 30.78 AUD per hour applies for age 18+.

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team.

You’ll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department.

By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.

What’s involved
  • Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
  • Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
  • Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
  • Managing and coordinating stock effectively.
Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team.

You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
