Job summary

Mirvac in Sydney is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Retail to lead multi‑disciplinary asset teams, develop asset strategies, maximise income and capital value, and deliver customer‑centric services across the portfolio.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, oversee Strategic Asset Plans, manage budgets and valuations, lead lease negotiations and capital works, and promote Mirvac values through high performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail property including development and asset management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Strong people management with empowerment and development of team members.
• Asset and fund analysis with forecasting tools MRIIM and Yardi.
• Experience in strategic asset plans, budgets and comprehensive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset strategy and maximise value across the portfolio.
• Oversee Strategic Asset Plans and budget/forecast reporting across the portfolio.
• Manage the financials of assets, including income, expenditure, budgets and valuations.
• Lead lease negotiations and the capital works program for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reporting and portfolio-wide excellence.
