Job summary

Remeed Solutions Pty Ltd. is seeking a Senior Restoration Technician to perform hands-on restoration across water, fire, mould and storm damage. You will assess damage, map moisture, operate restoration software, and ensure safe, compliant project delivery across NSW.

Occasional travel to regional NSW and Sydney areas is required. You will mentor technicians, coordinate with clients and insurers, and maintain documentation while upholding IICRC and OH&S standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restoration or related industries.
• IICRC certifications highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide field teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of working in demanding site environments.
• Full driver's licence, White Card, Working with Children Check.
• Additional certifications such as EWP are advantageous.

• Maintain compliance with IICRC standards, OH&S requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including job records, site reports, and insurance paperwork.

About The Role

As a Senior Restoration Technician, you will carry out hands-on restoration work across water, fire, mould and storm damage, including water extraction, structural drying, smoke and soot cleaning, and mould remediation. Working across a variety of sites across NSW, you will assess damage, use moisture mapping tools and restoration equipment, and complete all works safely and in line with IICRC and OH&S standards. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, documenting works accurately, and supporting efficient project delivery while building your skills across a range of restoration services. This role serves as a 2IC to the Lead Technician during peek periods where you will also oversee daily operations and contractors.

Please note, our depot is based in Northmead but this role will require occasional travel throughout the greater Sydney region and regional NSW from time-to-time.
