Remeed Solutions is seeking a Senior Restoration Technician to lead hands-on restoration across water, fire, mould and storm damage. You will assess damage, map moisture, operate restoration equipment, and ensure safe, compliant delivery across NSW sites.

Occasional travel within Greater Sydney and regional NSW is required. This role serves as 2IC to the Lead Technician during peak periods, overseeing daily operations and contractors while maintaining documentation and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in restoration or related industries.
• IICRC certifications highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor field teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Physically capable of demanding site work.
• Full driver’s licence and White Card are required.

About the Role

As aSenior Restoration Technician, you will carry out hands‑on restoration work across water, fire, mould and storm damage, including water extraction, structural drying, smoke and soot cleaning, and mould remediation. Working across a variety of sites across NSW, you will assess damage, use moisture mapping tools and restoration equipment, and complete all works safely and in line with IICRC and OH&S standards. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, documenting works accurately, and supporting efficient project delivery while building your skills across a range of restoration services. This role serves as a 2IC to the Lead Technician during peek periods where you will also oversee daily operations and contractors.

Please note, our depot is based in Northmead but this role will require occasional travel throughout the greater Sydney region and regional NSW from time‑to‑time.

• Full driver’s licence, White Card, Working with Children Crim History Check –
• Additional certifications such as EWP are advantageous
