Job summary

BOND+CO in Perth seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead post-construction maintenance and warranty across a small residential portfolio. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and efficient resolution of defects and maintenance requests.

You will oversee end-to-end maintenance, coordinate trades and suppliers, liaise with homeowners and drive continuous improvement in maintenance systems and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Service Manager role within residential construction.
• Strong understanding of residential building processes and warranty obligations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end maintenance and warranty process across completed homes.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works.
• Liaise directly with homeowners to manage expectations and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct site inspections and assess maintenance or warranty issues.
• Prioritise and schedule maintenance works across multiple homes and projects.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure works are completed to company standards.
• Work closely with construction supervisors and internal departments to resolve ongoing issues.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and maintenance documentation.
• Manage maintenance budgets, invoices and supplier performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across maintenance systems and customer experience.
