Qualifications

• Previous management experience in aged care or health services.
• Current AHPRA registration.

• Exhibits financial accountability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff management across clinical, environmental, catering, lifestyle and administration areas.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Develop and manage budgets for the residence and allocate resources efficiently.
• Implement quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with aged care laws and standards.
