Qualifications

• This role requires strong leadership and ability to guide non-clinical teams.
• Deep understanding of aged care regulations, compliance and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making.
• Experience managing staff in aged care or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Catering, Cleaning, Laundry and Maintenance services.
• Manage external contractors and ensure contractual compliance.
• Develop and control budgets for non-clinical operations.
• Lead and develop non-clinical staff and ensure performance reviews.
• Enhance resident quality of life through efficient service delivery.
