Job summary

Arcare Ringwood is seeking a Residence Manager for a 110-bed facility. This permanent full-time role leads a diverse team to deliver safe, high-quality aged care services, while managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will drive staff development, coordinate clinical and support services, and foster strong relationships with residents and families. The successful candidate will have prior aged care or health services management experience, be committed to continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in aged care or health services.
• Strong understanding of aged care regulations, compliance and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff management across clinical, environmental, catering, lifestyle and admin leadership roles.
• Oversee resident care coordination in collaboration with clinical staff.
• Develop and manage residence budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Implement quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with laws and industry standards for aged care.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
