• Senior-level experience with quantitative insights, broad strategic research, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Take a complex business problem and work out what the client really needs to know.
• Design smart quantitative approaches across ad hoc and tracking research.
• Get underneath the data and turn it into a clear strategic story.
• Confidently advise senior clients and push their thinking.
• Build strong client relationships, spot opportunities and contribute to proposals and pitches.
• Lead and develop direct reports, adapting your style to get the best from different personalities.
• Coach researchers to become stronger thinkers, storytellers and client consultants.
• Run several complex projects at once while keeping an eye on quality and commercials.
• Bring strong methodological judgement without needing to run every piece of analysis yourself.
