Job summary

Resources Group in Sydney seeks a (Senior) Research Executive to own quantitative analysis, turning data into actionable insights for clients. You’ll lead tracking and custom programs, shape the story and present findings with impact.

You’ll collaborate with teams across Sydney, Melbourne and international offices, working with the latest tools, including AI, to deliver insight-led recommendations clients actually act on.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in quantitative market research, insights or analytics, agency or client-side.
• Confidence analysing survey data in SPSS or similar.
• Love of data visualisation and telling stories with numbers.
• Sharp attention to detail and genuine pride in quality.
• Can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Financial services exposure is a bonus, not a must.

Responsibilities

• Owning the analysis on quant projects, from data checks and tables through to the 'so what'.
• Digging into survey data to find patterns, outliers and meaningful shifts.
• Working across tracking, segmentation and custom quant analysis.
• Turning numbers into a clear, commercially relevant story clients can act on.
• Building insight-led presentations and participating in client meetings.
• Collaborating with teams across Sydney, Melbourne and international offices.
• Getting hands-on with the latest research and data tools, including AI.
