Job summary

Evolve Scientific is recruiting an experienced Senior Reporting and Systems Officer (APS6) to lead reporting, systems and performance monitoring within a sustainable agriculture program. The role focuses on delivering high-quality reporting solutions, business improvements and insights to demonstrate program impact and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Australian citizenship and Baseline security clearance eligibility.
Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
Experience developing reporting products, dashboards and data visualisations (Power BI or similar).
Strong experience in reporting, program management, governance or performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of program performance reports, executive briefs and reporting products.
Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting systems, including Power BI and similar tools.
Analyse performance, financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee data collection, validation and management to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Identify trends and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting systems, processes and training resources.
Mentor a small team of up to three staff.
Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across business areas.
Translate business requirements into practical reporting and information management solutions.
