Job summary

Allygroup is seeking an experienced Program Reporting Specialist to support a large-scale government transformation program, establishing and maintaining program reporting, performance monitoring and governance activities. The role spans multiple business and technology workstreams, delivering weekly, monthly and executive reporting, dashboards and artefacts to keep executives informed for decision-making.

Applicants must be Australian citizens and able to obtain Baseline clearance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years delivering program or PMO reporting in large government environments.
• Experience building executive dashboards and governance reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex delivery data.
• Experience supporting executive governance forums with reporting materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program reporting frameworks and templates.
• Coordinate collection of inputs from stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Produce weekly, monthly and executive reporting products.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and governance artefacts.
• Monitor performance against milestones and delivery objectives.
• Analyse risks, issues, dependences and delivery trends.
• Prepare reports and briefing materials for governance forums.
• Support benefits realisation reporting and assurance activities.
• Identify opportunities for reporting process improvement and automation.
