Job summary

Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Ltd. is seeking a Business Transformation & Insights Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the business, delivering reporting, analytics and performance insights.

You will gather, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities, and develop dashboards using Power BI. You will monitor performance against transformation objectives, contribute to data models and governance, and deliver automated reporting for planning

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics, BI, reporting or data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Knowledge of BI platforms and data modelling principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business as a trusted advisor for reporting, analytics and performance insights.
• Gather, analyse and interpret business performance data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards and scorecards for planning and decision-making.
• Create automated reporting and visualisation solutions using Power BI and Microsoft data platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate performance against objectives, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support data models, reporting datasets and BI solutions to ensure data quality and integrity.

What you’ll contribute to

• Partner with stakeholders across the business as a trusted advisor for reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret business performance data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance scorecards that provide timely and accurate insights for planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Create automated reporting and visualisation solutions using Power BI and Microsoft data platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate performance against Dealer, project, and business transformation objectives, providing recommendations and actionable improvement strategies.
• Support the development and maintenance of data models, reporting datasets, and business intelligence solutions to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Contribute to reporting governance, standards, processes, and documentation that support sustainable and scalable reporting capabilities.

Your attributes

• Experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel skills, including the development of dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience analysing large and complex datasets, with a strong focus on accuracy, data quality, and actionable outcomes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Semantic Models, and data modelling principles to support scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across the business.
