Rehab Management is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Launceston, TAS, to help injured workers achieve safe return-to-work outcomes. The role offers permanent, full-time employment with mixed work-from-home and in-person visits, and a salary based on experience plus superannuation.

Formación

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Registered Nursing.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Skills & experience
