Job summary

Intuitive Recruitment is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst for a leading financial services institution in the Sydney CBD. You will own regulatory reporting, financial control and system uplift within the control division, strengthening accuracy and governance while partnering with business leaders.

You will act as 2IC, applying strong APRA, statutory and AASB knowledge, with a clear focus on process improvement and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

4+ years' experience in financial accounting, regulatory reporting or audit within financial services, ASX-listed environments.
Strong understanding of technical accounting, AASB standards and prudential reporting.
Experience auditing or reporting for large ASX-listed or financial services organisations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Interest in process improvement, systems uplift and reporting accuracy.
Self-starter who works well in a collaborative team

Responsibilities

Regulatory Reporting (APRA): prepare, review and uplift prudential/statistical returns.
Financial Statements & Consolidations: prepare financial statements and group consolidation.
Liquidity & Cashflow Monitoring: assist in liquidity positions and cashflow analysis.
Audit & Stakeholder Management: be the first contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.
Investment Group Reporting: prepare reports and insights for the investment group.
Controls & Operational Risk: adhere to risk policies and strengthen governance.
System & Process Improvements: support automation and system uplift across finance/risk platforms.
