Lime Resources in Sydney is seeking an agency recruiter to join an established, supportive team and take over a strong desk across NSW Government temp and Banking & Financial Services perm. This dual-desk role comes with an existing contractor book and a clear pathway to further growth.

The role offers 2 days of work-from-home with flexibility to work remotely once established, and a potential for a 4-day week. A strong commission structure supports a robust, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment across temp and perm roles.
• Strong relationship building with clients and candidates.
• Comfortable with business development and identifying opportunities.
• Proactive in owning a recruitment desk and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Take over an established temp desk with a solid contractor book.
• Develop and nurture existing client relationships across NSW Government and BFS.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and end-to-end delivery.
• Engage in business development to grow the desk and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a supportive, flexible culture.
