Job summary

Lime Resources in Sydney is seeking an agency recruiter to join an established, supportive team and take over a strong desk across NSW Government temp and Banking & Financial Services perm. This dual-desk role comes with an existing contractor book and a clear pathway to further growth.

The role offers 2 days of work-from-home with flexibility to work remotely once established, and a potential for a 4-day week. A strong commission structure supports a robust, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

You’ll ideally be someone who:

• Has agency recruitment experience across temp, perm or both
• Is confident speaking with clients and candidates and enjoys building relationships
• Is comfortable with business development and identifying opportunities
• Is proactive and enjoys taking ownership of a desk
• Is motivated by growing a market rather than just managing existing vacancies
• Has a positive, collaborative approach and enjoys being part of a team
• Is adaptable and willing to learn. You don't need to know these markets already

The team is open on level, so this could suit a Resourcer looking to step into a more consultative role through to an experienced Senior Consultant.
