About the Opportunity

As a Senior Recoveries Performance Officer, you'll play a key role in optimising recovery outcomes by combining data-driven insights, commercial thinking, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver positive business and customer outcomes.

How you'll make an impact (your day-to-day)

• Partner with debt collection agencies and key service providers to improve performance, maximise recovery outcomes, and ensure agreed service standards are achieved through strong relationship building and collaborative delivery.
• Deliver meaningful analysis and reporting that leverages data, identifies trends, applies critical thinking, and informs strategic decisions that drive continuous improvement across recovery operations.
• Lead initiatives that improve operational processes, strengthen governance, enhance customer experiences, and increase business performance through effective problem solving and commercial acumen.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership support to team members while fostering a collaborative, adaptable, and high-performing team environment.
• Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners to solve complex challenges and deliver sustainable outcomes for both customers and the business.
