We are seeking highly organised and experienced receptionists in our Craigieburn location. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment. Provide a warm and professional welcome to every client, in person and over the phone
Coordinate bookings, cancellations and reschedules with sensitivity to client needs
Maintain document control and ensure ongoing compliance
Handle confidential information with care and integrity
Support the clinic team by ensuring smooth operations and a comfortable environment
General clinic housekeeping duties (stock replenishment, general cleaning)
A reliable and positive attitude, with the ability to engage clients effectively
A minimum of two years experience working in a fast-paced health reception role
Professional experience in the Disability/NDIS sector is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Splose or similar CRM
Flexibility to provide leave cover at other clinic locations
