Job summary

An established investment manager operating across the Australian real estate market is seeking a Senior Funds Analyst to join its Funds Management team. This is a broad, commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of funds management, investments, treasury and portfolio management.

You will play a key role in providing the modelling, analysis and insights supporting capital management and investment decisions across the platform.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modelling across cash flow, liquidity or treasury
• Experience analysing investments at a fund or portfolio level
• Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving capability
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
• CFA qualification or progress towards CFA would be advantageous

About You

• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.

Experience within private credit or real estate investments would be particularly relevant, although candidates from adjacent investment backgrounds with strong modelling and commercial capabilities are encouraged to apply.
