Job summary

Page Executive is recruiting for a Portfolio Fund Manager based in Perth within a growing real estate investment platform. You will own fund operations, portfolio management, treasury forecasting and investor reporting for a diversified private credit portfolio.

You will work closely with borrowers, brokers, investors and internal stakeholders to drive risk-adjusted outcomes and leverage advanced financial modelling.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in structured lending, investment management or private credit.
• Experience managing loan portfolios, fund operations or investment portfolios.
• Advanced Excel modelling capability for cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio construction, performance monitoring and implementation of investment strategies.
• Produce treasury forecasts, portfolio reporting, cash flow analysis and investor reporting.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance, covenant compliance and risk exposures.
• Review loan draw downs, borrower utilisation requests and project funding requirements.
• Assess construction and development progress across property development projects.
• Analyse feasibility studies and cost-to-complete positions.
• Build and maintain Excel models to support forecasting and executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership on capital management, liquidity planning and portfolio strategy.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, compliance and finance stakeholders to deliver portfolio outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement and portfolio systems optimisation.
