Job summary

Foundry Talent Partners is seeking a Fund Manager to lead portfolio and fund outcomes across a real estate private credit book. The role focuses on investment-side skills, portfolio construction, capital allocation and active credit management.

You will work closely with senior leadership, have direct visibility to fund performance, and shape the platform as it scales in a dynamic market across Australia. Strong experience in real estate lending and funds management is essential.

Qualifications

• Private credit experience is essential.
• Real estate credit exposure is strongly preferred.
• Experience with funds management and portfolio management.
• Experience with investment vehicles and institutional or wholesale investors.
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Owns portfolio construction and capital allocation across funds and investment vehicles.
• Manages credit portfolio including performance, exposures, concentration limits and risk throughout life of investments.
• Oversees funds strategy and ongoing platform development.
• Supports launch and implementation of new funds, products and mandates.
• Partner with Distribution to support larger investors and institutional relationships.
• Manages relationships with trustees, administrators, custodians and other service providers.
• Provides insights to Executive Management, Investment Committee and Board.
• Leads and develops funds management team (Senior Associates and Associates).
