Job summary

PYBAR Mining Services Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking experienced Senior Raisebore Drillers to join our dedicated Raisebore Team. This full-time FIFO role offers an immediate start on major underground projects.

You will safely operate Raisebore equipment, mentor crew members, and ensure productive, on-schedule drilling. A strong safety record, underground heavy equipment experience, and a current manual licence are essential.

Qualifications

  • Recent Raisebore experience is essential.
  • Experience operating underground heavy equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Current Australian manual driving licence.
  • Willing to obtain National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain Raisebore equipment to site procedures.
  • Lead drilling crews and provide mentorship.
  • Ensure safety, efficiency, and schedule adherence.
  • Monitor performance and implement productivity improvements.
  • Conduct pre-start inspections and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain drilling records and reports.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to hit targets.
