Job summary

Sydney Trains is seeking a Senior Executive to lead complex rail programs within the Major Works Projects portfolio. You will drive multi‑discipline project delivery, partnering with Engineering & Maintenance to manage a substantial annual maintenance program and evolving rail assets to meet customer demand.

• Experience delivering complex rail or infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.
• Ability to initiate, develop and integrate programs within a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs within the Major Works Annual Works Program.
• Oversee initiation, project development and integration across Electrical, Track, Signalling, Civil and OT components.
• Collaborate with Program Planners and Asset Management to refine project deliverables.
• Ensure feasibility and transition plans to delivery teams for execution.
