Job summary

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Strong technical capability across cost planning, estimating and cost control
• Experience with complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Confidently communicating cost advice to clients

Responsibilities

• Developing cost estimates and cost plans to support feasibility and design decisions.
• Advising clients on budgets, expenditure forecasts and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinating tender processes, reviewing submissions and providing procurement advice.
• Tracking project costs, assessing variations and identifying potential financial risks.
• Preparing reports and presenting cost advice to clients and project teams.
• Working collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors and other project consultants.
• Maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring projects meet financial objectives.
