WT in Adelaide is expanding and seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the SA team. You will lead cost management across the full project life cycle, from feasibility to procurement and contract administration, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget while maximising client value.

This is an excellent opportunity to broaden experience on major projects, work closely with clients and stakeholders, and progress your career with a leading consultancy.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience leading a team and managing client relationships.
• Proficiency with CostX and strong cost-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site measurement, take-offs, and pricing of construction projects.
• Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Liaise with contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers for timely pricing.
• Manage project costs and budgets, including forecasting and analysis.
• Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams and clients.
• Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
