WT Perth is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support major building, construction and infrastructure projects. You will perform estimating, planning and cost management, cost monitoring and timely financial reporting, while maximising value for clients.

The role focuses on liaising with clients and main contractors, tender analysis, procurement and benchmarking to improve cost models and plans across projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in quantity surveying, construction management or related field.
• Experience with cost estimating and planning software, preferably CostX.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Liaising with clients, architects and main contractors.
• Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities.
• Tender evaluations and analysis.
• Cash flow projections and cost reporting.
• Valuations and final account reporting.
• Claims preparation and settlement of claims.
