Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience, ideally in a client-side role within Australia.
• Strong command of construction methodologies and local procurement practices.
• Advanced proficiency in CostX and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organised, professional, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working towards or holding AIQS or RICS membership is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract: carry out preparation of tenders, budgets, elemental/BOQ, bank reports, tender methodology advice.
• Post-Contract: progress claim recommendations, bank draw-down reports, cost reports, cash flows, variations.
