Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM or CM with a Quantity Surveyor focus.
• Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a consultancy team.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients and stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Handle variations and progress claims throughout contracts.
• Provide contract administration services and ensure compliance.
• Measure quantities, prepare estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities/pre-tender estimates.
