Job summary

AECOM's Sydney-based team seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to deliver quantity surveying and cost management on iconic NSW/Australian infrastructure projects. You will assist design-stage cost planning, quantify from drawings, forecast cash flow and provide life-cycle costing while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Senior QS experience in a consulting environment is desirable.
• Experience in cost planning, estimating, procurement and construction phase cost management.
• Ability to provide client-facing advisory services and manage project costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantity surveying and cost management services on major NSW/Australian infrastructure projects.
• Develop cost planning and estimating during design, measure quantities from drawings, forecast cash flow.
• Collaborate with QS and engineers across projects and mentor junior team members.
