Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking an ambitious Senior Client Partner to lead our Public Sector desk in the Sydney CBD. You will drive business development, engage with senior government stakeholders, and manage key accounts while focusing on delivering job flow through a dedicated team.

The role emphasizes hunter mentality, relationship-building, and commercial growth across NSW State Government, Federal Government, Local Councils, Higher Education, and Not-for-Profit sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment with proven direct sales success.
• Ability to grow a desk by winning new business and expanding accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with senior clients.
• Public sector recruitment experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound business development by targeting new buying clients in government, education, and not-for-profit sectors.
• Attend regular face-to-face client meetings to build relationships with decision-makers.
• Partner with clients to capture upcoming temporary and permanent business support vacancies, creating job flow.
• Expand existing public sector accounts to increase buying divisions and weekly GP.
