Job summary

BMD Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Proposals Coordinator to lead the development of EOIs and tenders across Victoria, SA and Tasmania. You will coordinate with estimators, engineers, project managers and senior leaders to deliver compelling submissions.

Based in Hawthorn, Melbourne, you will manage proposal content, deadlines and governance while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality results for major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar proposals, bids or tender coordination role.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or similar (preferred).
• Exceptional written communication and editing skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Advanced skills in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro (Creative Cloud advantageous).
• Collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
• Infrastructure or civil engineering sector experience (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of compliant EOIs and tenders, including content, design and final submission.
• Partner with Bid Leads to plan, manage and deliver proposal schedules, reviews and deadlines in line with best-practice bid governance.
• Write, edit and coordinate compelling non-price submission content in collaboration with technical experts and senior stakeholders.
• Act as the central coordination point for proposal inputs across internal teams, JV partners and designers.
• Ensure robust document control, version management and submission processes using approved platforms.
• Maintain and develop proposal libraries and act as a knowledge lead within the regional and national proposals team.

About the Role

Are you an experienced bid, tender or proposals professional looking to play a key role in winning some of Australia's most significant infrastructure construction projects?

We’re seeking a highly organised Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Southern Region Constructions team based in Hawthorn, Melbourne. In this role, you'll work alongside estimators, engineers, project managers and senior leaders to develop compelling, high-quality submissions that help secure major opportunities across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of compliant EOIs and tenders, including content, design and final submission

About You
