Gough Recruitment in Sydney's southern suburbs is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a 200-property portfolio with dedicated support. You will focus on delivering high-standard service while leveraging an established brand in the St George area.

You'll work Monday to Friday with a Leasing Consultant and Receptionist backing you, and you will handle landlord-tenant relationships, arrears, inspections, and maintenance. A long-term, stable team supports your oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in residential Property Management.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation, compliance and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage complex landlord and tenant relationships.
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Experience with PropertyTree is highly regarded.
• Someone who values teamwork, stability and a sensible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships, including onsite meetings when required.
• Overseeing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy notices.
• Conducting routine and outgoing inspections.
• Coordinating maintenance and resolving tenancy issues.
• Issuing breach notices and managing compliance matters.
• Attending open homes as required.
• Making considered decisions that protect landlord interests and support long-term portfolio performance.
