Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation, compliance and risk management.
• Able to manage complex landlord–tenant relationships.
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a 200-property portfolio with support to deliver high service standards.
• Manage landlord and tenant relationships, including onsite meetings when required.
• Oversee arrears, lease renewals and tenancy notices.
• Conduct routine and outgoing property inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance and resolve tenancy issues.
