Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager or experienced Property Manager.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, professional and solutions-focused.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end management of your residential portfolio.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
• Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and general property care.
• Ensure legislative compliance and best-practice procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.
