Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, preferably at a senior level.
• Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of a residential property portfolio.
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management.
• Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and ongoing property requirements.
• Ensure legislative compliance and best-practice procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
