Gough Recruitment has partnered with a boutique real estate agency in NSW to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager. You will manage a portfolio of around 240 residential properties and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.

Work autonomously within a small, vested team supported by a Junior Property Manager and VA, with the freedom to implement improvements and contribute to the department's direction toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management, maintenance and legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to client service and new business.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
• Interest in developing systems, processes and the wider department.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 240 residential properties, maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, including maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals, vacates and re-leasing.
• Work alongside the Junior PM on inspections and leasing, with VA support for administration.
• Onboard new properties and clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth and direction of the Property Management department, with the opportunity to progress into a 2IC / leadership role.
