McGrath Epping Office is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a 160-property portfolio, backed by a supportive team and a dedicated leasing and new business group. You’ll report to a Team Leader and Head of Property Management, ensuring strong landlord-tenant relationships with compliant, high-quality service.

Role involves end-to-end management, conflict resolution, and collaboration with the leasing team to minimise vacancies while staying up-to-date with market trends and regulations.

Qualificações

• NSW Certificate of Registration and driver's license required.
• Residential property management experience required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of current legislation and market trends.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to change.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of a portfolio of 160 properties.
• Oversee tenant communications, repairs, lease renewals, arrears and inspections.
• Coordinate with leasing team to minimise vacancies.
• Use Property Me to manage day-to-day operations.
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships with legislative guidance.
• Provide solution-focused conflict resolution and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
