Christian Adam Recruitment in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a quality portfolio. You will work directly with landlords, tenants and contractors, handling renewals, rent reviews, arrears and reporting while developing skills across building services and capital works.

The role offers a Monday to Friday working week with direct mentorship from the Commercial Director and two Personal Assistants to support administration.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial property or facilities management.
• Organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.

An established commercial property business in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its growing team.

Take ownership of a quality commercial portfolio, working directly with landlords, tenants and contractors.

The role covers lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, budgets, outgoings and client reporting, along with maintaining strong relationships across the portfolio.

There’s also exposure to building services, maintenance and capital works, giving you experience beyond the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
Working closely with the Commercial Director, you’ll receive direct mentorship and support as your experience develops.

Two dedicated Personal Assistants provide administrative support, allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients.

We’re looking for someone with commercial property or facilities management experience who is organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.

There is a defined pathway to progress into Asset Management, providing a genuine next step in your career.

The role offers up to $160,000 package and a Monday to Friday working week.
