You will handle owner and tenant communications from a busy office, manage a portfolio between Mandurah and Rockingham, and work with a leasing agent, trust accountant and admin team to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will hold PM Registration with 3+ years of portfolio management experience, live in the Southern suburbs, and bring strong communication, time management and attention to detail
