Job summary

Gough Recruitment – Shellharbour Village NSW is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a boutique portfolio and drive client relationships. You will manage roughly 240 residential properties, oversee tenancy management, and work with a Junior PM and VA to service landlords and tenants.

You’ll operate autonomously within a supportive team, with opportunities to grow into a leadership role and contribute to the department’s strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management, maintenance and legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and able to generate new business.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
• Interest in developing systems and processes for the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 240 residential properties with landlords and tenants.
• Oversee tenancy management including maintenance, rent reviews, renewals and re-leasing.
• Collaborate with Junior PM and VA for inspections and administration.
• Onboard new properties/clients and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the direction of the Property Management department and leadership.
