Ray White Cottesloe Mosman Park is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in Peppermint Grove, WA. You will drive operational excellence, ensure legislative compliance, and deliver exceptional landlord/tenant service across the Western Suburbs.

You should have 3+ years in residential property management, WA Act knowledge, and a proven track record of financial results. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a current WA PM registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in residential property management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WA Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio and delivering strong financial results.
• Strong financial acumen with proficiency in property management software and Google.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset for complex tenant and landlord situations.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Professional manner and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Current Western Australian Property Management Registration.
• Current Western Australian Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties to maximise occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance scheduling.
• Handle tenant and landlord communications and resolve disputes professionally.
• Ensure compliance with WA legislation including Residential Tenancies Act and privacy laws.
• Manage rent collection, arrears recovery, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors to ensure quality and value.
• Prepare detailed financial statements for property owners regularly.
• Develop strategies to enhance property value and investment returns.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, real estate agents and service providers.
