Qualifications

• Must have previous property management experience.

• High levels of professionalism expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Conduct rental appraisals and provide proposals.
• Communicate with landlords and tenants; attend on-site meetings when required.
• Negotiate lease renewals and coordinate open homes.
• Perform routine and outgoing inspections; handle maintenance requests.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; issue breach notices as needed.

Previous property management experience is MUST (At least 2 years) and advantageous and we are more interested in individuals who have the right attitude. Your duties will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service;

Rental Appraisals & provide proposals.

Communicating with landlords and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;

Negotiating lease renewals;

Open homes as required;

Routine inspections;

Outgoing inspections;

Maintenance requests;

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;

Issuing breach notices as required; and

Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;

To succeed in this role you'll have…

Previous property management experience is MUST;

A real estate licence, or certificate of registration;

High levels of professionalism;

Previous client relationship or account management experience;

The ability to manage and prioritise your time;

Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms; and

A valid drivers licence.
