Job summary

Gough Recruitment QLD on the Gold Coast is representing a boutique agency recruiting a Property Manager to oversee residential portfolios from start to finish. The role includes inspections, leasing, applications, rent reviews, and arrears management, with a focus on excellent landlord and tenant relations.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with onsite parking and strong mentoring from an experienced Head of Department. Vehicle allowance options are available.”

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year property management experience.
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Strong understanding of QLD tenancy legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential portfolio from start to finish.
• Conduct routine inspections and lease renewals.
• Process tenancy applications and rent reviews.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs and manage Arrears.
• Prepare and attend QCAT matters when necessary.
• Maintain landlord/tenant relationships.

The Position Available:

• Managing a residential portfolio from start to finish
• Conducting routine inspections
• Leasing properties and processing tenancy applications
• Entry and exit inspections
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Arrears management
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Managing insurance claims as required
• Preparing and attending QCAT matters when necessary
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 1 years' Property Management experience
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong understanding of QLD tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with exceptional time management
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• PropertyMe experience highly regarded
